When will my order ship?

My current process time is 3-5 business days as all of my items are handmade to order. I do my best to keep it closer to 3 business days but occasionally things get backed up and it will take the full 5 business days. If you need your order by a certain date please reach out to see if it's possible :)

How do I track my order?

You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam folder :). Alternatively you can always track your purchase by clicking on the "purchases" section of your account.

can I return my piercing?

While I do take returns, once a piercing has been used, even if it is only tried on, I can no longer accept it back for sanitary reasons. unused piercings and non piercing items are eligible for returns. Please contact me within 1 week of receiving your order to start the returns process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund. Orders that were eligible for free shipping will have $5 deducted to cover the original shipping cost.

Can you tell me what size piercing to get?

Unfortunately I'm not able to advise on piercing size without being physically with you. If you already know your gauge but need to know the diameter, you can find out by measuring the distance from your piercing hole to the edge of your ear/nose/bellybutton, etc. If you are unsure of both gauge and diameter and don't have a way to measure, I recommend going to your piercer and they can advise you on what size you need.

what is the largest gauge you sell?

The largest gauge I offer is 16 gauge. 22 gauge is the smallest gauge offered. The lower the number, the thicker the gauge.

do you take custom orders?

at this time I am not able to take on custom orders for designs I do not already offer. Certain customizations may be doable (for example if you don't see the metal you want with one of the stones I offer listed, I can do that for you). I cannot offer gauges larger than 16 or smaller than 22.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

No :). all of my items are nickel free.
